Job Description Job Description Experience Requirements Minimum of 2–3 years of restaurant management experience. Prior experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual environment is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations on a daily basis. Operational Requirements Strong experience in managing labor, food cost, inventory, and overall restaurant performance. Ability to ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reporting. Experience driving sales, productivity, and profitability through operational execution. Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and health compliance standards. Leadership & Skills Requirements Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Hands-on management style with accountability and reliability. Ability to train, coach, and develop team members effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
