Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in Fairbanks, Alaska. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Personal Injury Law litigation. Duties Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. Work within established litigation systems and case standards. Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters. Collaborate with internal teams and firm leadership. Build and maintain relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD). Active Alaska license and in good standing. At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred. Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage a full inventory of pre-lit and litigation cases independently. Results-driven mindset. Education Juris Doctor (JD). Certifications Active Alaska license.
