One of Central Oregon's fastest growing employers is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Lead to join their team!

What You Get to Do!
The Supply Chain Project Lead ensures material readiness to support production schedules and on-time customer delivery. This role drives cross-functional coordination, resolves procurement and delivery issues, and maintains visibility across the supply chain. By proactively managing bill of materials, supplier performance, and internal workflows, the position contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in supply chain execution.

This role ensures material readiness to support production schedules and on-time customer delivery. This role drives cross-functional coordination, resolves procurement and delivery issues, and maintains visibility across the supply chain. By proactively managing bill of materials, supplier performance, and internal workflows, the position contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in supply chain execution.

What You Will Bring…
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management within a manufacturing or project-based environment.
• ERP/MRP experience required; intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve supply chain risks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused approach to supporting production and delivery.
