Manage the content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to publishing and performance tracking. Oversee and edit high-quality content for web, blogs, social media, email, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to produce engaging multimedia content. Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices across all platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion. Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital content formats. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 4+ years of proven experience in content management, copywriting, or digital marketing. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated experience with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
