Role Description: The Territory Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned geographic area. This role includes maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s mouldings and building products portfolio to dealers, contractors, and other key accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities involve regular customer outreach, virtual and occasional in-person meetings, product education and support, and coordination with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment. The Territory Manager will track sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, and provide market feedback to help shape sales strategies. This role requires consistent travel within the territory as needed, along with effective remote communication and planning. Qualifications Demonstrated territory or account management experience, including prospecting, relationship building, and sales pipeline management. Knowledge of building products, millwork, or construction materials, with the ability to understand product specifications and applications. Overnight travel required Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage customers and support long-term partnerships. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules and travel within the territory, and meet defined sales targets. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking activities, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate customer records. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. Previous business-to-business sales experience preferred; experience in the building or construction industry is an advantage. High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
