Prospect and generate business through networking, referrals, phone outreach, digital marketing, and open houses. Represent buyers and sellers through consultations, showings, offers, negotiations, and closing. Coordinate with lenders, escrow, inspectors, vendors, and other agents to keep transactions on track. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and provide a high service experience. Stay organized using technology and systems to manage follow up and deadlines. Continue learning and adapting to market trends and best practices. What We Are Looking For Active California Real Estate License required. Experience working buyer and seller transactions preferred. Strong communication skills and high responsiveness. Self motivated and consistent with prospecting and follow up. Professional, ethical, and detail oriented.
