Public Interest Attorney for AI Legal Evaluation

Apply your civil justice experience to evaluate AI-generated legal reasoning in realistic legal scenarios. You will assess legal analysis, identify reasoning gaps, and provide structured feedback that helps improve AI tools supporting access to justice. Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated legal analyses for accuracy and practical usefulness.
- Evaluate matters involving housing, family law, consumer protection, debt collection, and bankruptcy.
- Assess issue spotting, procedural correctness, legal reasoning, and litigation strategy.
- Identify legal errors and recommend improvements.
- Deliver structured written evaluations.
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Active admission to a U.S. bar.
- At least 5 years of public interest law or civil litigation practice.
- Strong civil legal advocacy experience.
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
- Experience with nonprofit legal organizations or impact litigation firms.
- Expertise in employment law, elder law, or disability rights.
- Experience with policy advocacy or systemic reform.
- Experience supervising attorneys or legal fellows.
- Interest in legal AI or emerging legal technology.
- Remote engagement open to candidates located in the United States.
- Approximately 15 hours per week.
- Expected engagement length of 2 to 3 weeks.
- Hourly independent contractor engagement.
- $150 per hour.
