This is a busy, high acuity women's health practice that handles emergent cases coming through the Emergency Department. The facility is supported by a collaborative team that includes 5 midwives who work alongside MD providers on Labor and Delivery, ensuring comprehensive patient care and a strong team-based environment.

Opportunity:
Physician – Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:

• Seeking 2 additional providers to cover several (5-8) in-house 24-hour call shifts per month on a long-term, ongoing basis
• Providers will be working in-house call, paid hourly, with approximately 25 patient encounters per shift
• Manage emergent cases from the Emergency Department including hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, ovarian cystectomy, hysteroscopy, IUD insertions, abscess, post-hysterectomy complications, and exploratory laparotomy
• Provide care for both low and high risk pregnancies
• Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Conduct OB ultrasounds with performance and interpretation capabilities
• Perform routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps
• Exercise decision-making for c-sections and perform when required
• Manage complicated deliveries including breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
• Perform repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Must hold an active Washington State license or IMLC
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
