Quality Control Lead InspectorAt Clark Pacific, the Quality Control Lead Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products throughout all phases of manufacturing. This position is responsible for leading inspection processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing and engineering teams.The Quality Control Lead Inspector ensures that all materials, processes, and finished products meet company standards and compliance requirements. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency throughout production.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.Perform inspections of materials, forms, and embeds prior to concrete placementConduct routine and final inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsVerify reinforcement placement, dimensions, tolerances, and cast-in componentsMonitor and report defects such as cracking, finish issues, or inconsistenciesEnsure proper handling, storage, and protection of products to prevent damageMaintain accurate inspection records, testing data, and documentationPerform standardized testing and inspections in compliance with ACI, PCI, and IAS requirementsSupport quality assurance processes including camber verification and Sure Cure system monitoringCommunicate inspection results and quality concerns with Manufacturing and Engineering teamsAssist in training, mentoring, and developing Quality Control InspectorsPromote and follow all safety standards and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of inspection experience in construction or manufacturing environments (precast concrete preferred)High School diploma or GED requiredStrong ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specificationsExperience with quality control processes, inspections, and testing proceduresAbility to maintain detailed documentation and reportingPreferred:OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)ACI, PCI, or ICC certificationsExperience in precast concrete manufacturingSkills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and quality standardsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvementAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsCore ValuesDetermination: Meet challenges head onInnovation: Always look for betterWell-Being: Support the success and safety of allBenefitsCompetitive compensation, paid weeklyMedical, Dental, and Vision coverageMedical and Dependent Care FSAEmployer-paid life insuranceVoluntary ancillary benefits401(k) match: 100% of first 3%, then 50% of next 2%Benefits subject to waiting periodInterested?
