Job: Junior Project Manager Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our design team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist our senior project managers in planning, organizing, and controlling design projects from start to finish. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality design solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about design and project management to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment. Responsibilities: Assist senior project managers in the overall planning and execution of design projects. Coordinate project activities and ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to overcome obstacles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project workflow. Conduct regular project meetings and provide project status updates to stakeholders. Assist in the development of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project decision-making processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management tools and software. Basic understanding of interior design principles and processes. Previous experience or internship in project management is a plus.
