Job Description Join the Jeffrey Smith Agency of Farmers Insurance as a full-time Insurance Sales Representative in Brighton, Colorado. This is a sales-forward role where you'll build relationships with families and individuals in the community, helping them protect what matters most — while growing your own career and income. Office Location: 21 North 1st Ave, Suite 120, Brighton, CO 80601 You’ll join an established agency as a full-time employee with a base salary and uncapped commission potential. This is not a passive role — you'll be expected to prospect, follow up, and consistently convert new business across auto, home, life, and health lines.
