Challenging Projects

As a Social Scientist with JCTM, you will support the research, evaluation, stakeholder-facilitation, policy-analysis, organizational-performance, and analytical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
• Support organizational performance assessment and operational analysis.
• Conduct or support research and benchmarking.
• Support policy analysis, strategic planning, and governance-related analysis.
• Support stakeholder facilitation.
• Support organizational change-management activities.
• Support performance measures, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, white papers, memoranda, briefing materials, and other analytical or advisory deliverables.
• Communicate findings to support leadership oversight and Government decision-making.
• Collaborate across functional disciplines in support of enterprise strategy, governance, performance evaluation, and process improvement.

You Have

• Experience supporting quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
• Experience in one or more areas of research, benchmarking, organizational performance assessment, operational analysis, stakeholder facilitation, policy analysis, strategic planning, or organizational change management.
• Ability to develop or contribute to analytical and advisory deliverables for organizational stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across functional disciplines.

This requirement is Unclassified. Applicants selected will be subject to the applicable DHS/CISA personnel-security process and must satisfy the background-investigation, Entry on Duty, fitness, and access requirements applicable to the position and to sensitive Government information.
