As a Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing, you should have a strong background in operational turnarounds, lean manufacturing processes and discipline, management consulting, business analysis, and process improvement. Rate Range: $100-120/hr W2 based on experience level Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing - job responsibilities include: Conduct thorough research and analysis of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during operational changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives. Provide expert guidance on project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects. Assist in strategic planning efforts by analyzing market trends and organizational goals. Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Required skills and experience for the Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing experience includes: 8-10 years of experince with strong expertise in change management principles and practices. 8-10 years of proven experience in management consulting with a focus on operational excellence. Exceptional skills in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Solid project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Proficient in business analysis techniques, including data collection, research, and interpretation. Ability to engage in business consulting discussions that drive strategic planning efforts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
