We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of two 16-bed Enhanced Services Facilities serving adults with complex behavioral health and medical needs. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance regulatory compliance, staff leadership, resident care, and the practical demands of a residential behavioral health setting.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff; oversee scheduling, performance, training, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State regulations, ESF requirements, and facility policies.
• Monitor resident services, documentation, care plans, and overall quality of care.
• Provide leadership and direction during behavioral, medical, and other emergencies.
• Participate in incident reporting, quality improvement, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Work closely with MHPs, nurses, caregivers, physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, families, and outside providers.
• Develop and improve facility policies, procedures, workflows, and staff training.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and foster a calm, respectful, trauma-informed environment.
• Support staffing, resource management, and other operational needs of the facility.
  

What We’re Looking For

• RN required: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential care, long-term care, or a similarly regulated setting .
• Strong leadership and staff management experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with adults with serious mental illness and complex behavioral needs.
• Able to manage both big-picture operations and day-to-day issues.
• Calm, organized, accountable, and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to respond to urgent facility needs and provide clear direction during emergencies.
• Able to manage and track facility-level budget and spending.
