- The Staff Accountant will assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
- The Staff Accountant will assist with financial reporting and internal documentation requirements
- The Staff Accountant will ensure compliance with accounting standards and government contract regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
