Job Description

A produce wholesaler in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is hiring within their office.  This position is a direct hire role, involves taking customer orders both in-person and over the phone, accounting responsibilities, and lots of data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Working with customers in-person and over the phone
• Sharing customer orders with team members
• Data Entry: updating work tickets, typing up customer orders, proofing invoices
• Accounts payables and receivables
• Scheduling pickups and coordinating meetings
• Answering phones and managing records

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of office-warehouse experience preferred
• Prior experience with A/P and A/R required
• Must possess phone etiquette and prior customer service experience
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Willing to be cross-trained
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $16/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.  Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
