Responsibilities
- Lead integrated biomarker strategies across discovery and clinical programs, connecting drug mechanism to clinical endpoints
- Serve as biomarker strategy lead for cross-functional program teams and represent them in governance forums
- Direct biomarker sub-teams and working groups spanning clinical, discovery, translational, regulatory, and data sciences
- Champion analysis plans and provide scientific interpretation of complex datasets for clinical conclusions
- Support external engagement including publications, presentations, and key opinion leader interactions
Requirements
- PhD or MD in Immunology, Biology, or related STEM field with 7+ years immunology experience
- Deep expertise in immune-mediated diseases, particularly rheumatology, GI/mucosal inflammation, or dermatology
- Proven track record translating biomarker strategies into clinical development decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead highly matrixed teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Working knowledge of biostatistics, bioinformatics, and advanced data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience advancing precision medicine and personalized medicine strategies
