Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. You will assist in various tasks, including taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your passion for the food industry and commitment to helping others will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the REVEL POS system.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash responsibly.
• Prepare food items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with cash register operations or POS systems is a plus
• Serve Safe Certified is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
