Responsibilities The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and keeping the store presentable for customers. Support a bright, energetic environment; build relationships and have an eye for fashion. Requirements / Qualifications Must be 18 years and older to apply Prior experience in retail or hospitality Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Exceptional communication skills A passion for retail and fashion Strong time management and organizational skills Strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience Ability to create a positive team environment Aim to ensure the store always looks presentable and inviting Our Brand Lovisa was created out of a need for on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices.
