Responsibilities:

1. Design the structural and interface stability of single-crystal and polycrystalline ternary (NMC) cathodes.

1. Develop particle-cracking suppression for polycrystalline ternary cathodes during cycling.

1. Improve the thermal stability of ultra-high-nickel ternary cathodes.

Requirements:

1. PhD with a background in electrochemistry, materials science, or chemical engineering.

1. Research experience with battery cathode materials.

1. Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
