As an RNFA, you will play a critical role in the surgical team, managing patient care throughout the perioperative process. Your expertise will be essential in performing safe and efficient surgeries.

• Assist the lead surgeon during operations by controlling bleeding, holding tissue, and closing wounds
• Manage patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure adherence to all safety and procedural protocols
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide the highest level of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
