ID1 Photolithography Process Engineer

Photolithography Process Engineer Work primarily in initiating, developing, and optimizing photolithography processes to improve product quality, drive process yield, cost reduction, productivity, and risk management while resolving manufacturing line problems. Responsibilities Develop and optimize processes for DRAM manufacturing. Drive process yield improvements, defectivity reduction, and cost savings. Identify and resolve production issues in collaboration with equipment and integration engineers. Apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to manage and improve process performance. Use project management skills to meet project milestones and close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps. Minimum Required Qualifications At least 2 years of industry experience as Process Owner within photolithography. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field (or equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years industry experience). Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in data science and programming.
