Sr. Contracts Management (HYBRID TELEWORK)

Job Description Position: Senior Contracts Negotiator – F-35 Training and Logistics Market Segment Responsibilities Provide contract administration support, reviewing requirements and assessing contract change impacts. Lead and coordinate efforts in preparing proposals in response to solicitations. Negotiate contracts and ensure proper contract fulfillment through diligent administration. Advise leadership and program management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks. Maintain effective customer contact activities and serve as the company’s authorized representative. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws, regulations, and Lockheed Martin policies. Lead and support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 or more years of experience. Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout. Experience developing, negotiating and executing contracts. Basic working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). Support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies. Desired Skills Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract requirements are met and risks are mitigated. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns. Provide business advice and guidance to other functions. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations. Knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures. Knowledge of Lockheed Martin’s business systems. Contract drafting experience and experience with various contract types and contracting vehicles. Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships, provide RFP analysis, and participate in proposal development and bid strategy. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive self-starter who is detail and teamwork oriented. Capable of working independently under general supervision. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Other Important Information Work schedules: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week (part-time remote telework with part-time onsite).
