As a Director of Nursing at Axiom Healthcare of West Frankfort, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated nursing professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make necessary adjustments

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and manage budgets and resources for the nursing department

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment

• Provides coaching, guidance, and feedback to nursing staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting

• Current RN license and/or certification in a relevant specialty

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and budgeting skills
