Job Title – Strategy Consultant Status – Full-time Location – Iselin, New Jersey Office (hybrid) Base range – $90,000 – $120,000 Bonus – 6% Summary Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, Americas, the Strategy Consultant will play a high-visibility role at the center of the business, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the regional growth agenda. This is a unique opportunity to work across Wholesale, Retail, Online, and Insurance channels throughout the Americas, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic and commercial challenges. This role offers hands-on experience driving enterprise-level strategy within a global organization, leading high-impact consulting assignments from concept through execution. It is ideal for a curious, ambitious strategist, providing accelerated learning, meaningful influence, and the chance to directly contribute to decisions that shape the future growth of the business.
