Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU

• Monitor and provide patient care, including using incubators and various ventilations
• Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placements, and PIV insertion
• Execute therapeutic hypothermia and sepsis screenings
• Engage in daily rounds for advanced procedure exposure and complex care learning

Requirements of the RN - NICU

• Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU Level IV hospital experience
• BLS & NRP certifications
• Level IV NICU experience required
