Sales Estimator

Position Overview A.C. Moate Industries is expanding in the Reno, Nevada market and is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator / Sales Professional to support and drive this growth. This role is best suited for a results-driven professional who excels at developing relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full sales and estimating process. The ideal candidate brings industry experience, operates independently, and has a strong track record of converting opportunities into revenue. This is not an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site meetings with clients to assess project needs Evaluate pavement conditions, including asphalt, sealcoat, striping, and repair scopes Develop and present accurate, professional estimates and proposals Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution Build and maintain long-term client relationships Perform consistent follow-up to secure new and repeat business Contribute to market expansion efforts within the Reno commercial sector Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and sales Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing client relationships Strong understanding of pavement systems and maintenance solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to work in the field and maintain a flexible schedule as needed Preferred Experience Familiar with asphalt, sealcoat, striping, etc. Building relationships with: Commercial Property Management General Contracting Facility Management Real Estate Development Compensation & Benefits Annual earnings potential of $80,000 – $500,000+ Uncapped commission structure Company vehicle provided Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr A.C.
