Senior Real Estate & Data Center Counsel

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development to lead legal support for hyperscale data center expansion across the United States. You will handle complex real estate, construction, and infrastructure transactions, advising cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Tax, and Procurement. Ideal candidates hold a J.D., 7+ years of relevant experience, and a track record drafting major agreements, managing due diligence, and coordinating with outside counsel.
