Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled Auto Interior & Glass Repair Technician with at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior and/or glass repair. You'll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their highest standard of quality, helping our dealership partners deliver showroom-ready cars to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair damaged cloth, leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces in vehicle interiors
- Restore and refinish dashboards, seats, consoles, headliners, and panels
- Perform color matching and dyeing on fabric, leather, and trim surfaces
- Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, scratches, and combination breaks in windshields and windows
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with management and dealership personnel
- Document all completed repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive interior or glass repair
- Strong understanding of material types, dyes, and repair processes
- Eye for color accuracy and craftsmanship
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools
