Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights. Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities Develop positive professional relationships across departments Complete special projects as assigned by your manager Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives Support initiatives and daily business activities that align the organization’s technology capabilities with its long-term business goals. Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and HR leaders to document and sequence their initiatives to enable business capabilities. Tracking ROI, value, and postmortem analysis of different projects. In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0 Currently majoring in Computer Science or a Business discipline Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
