Fork Truck Operator Responsibilities at Jet Stream

Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, sorting and staging inventory.

Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.

Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.

Organize and stack materials in designated areas.

Follow inventory management protocols.

Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies

Securing loads to the machine before transportation.

Inspecting for fork truck daily ensuring safe and working conditions.

Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.

Identifying workplace safety hazards.

Adhering to safety management standards.

Adhering to production work schedules.

Work Schedules:

• Monday - Friday: 8a - 4:30p
• Sunday - Wednesday & Saturday: 8a -4:30p (Off Thursday and Friday)

Starting Wages...

Starting wage of $22.46 (60 Day Probationary Rate)

After successful completion of the 60 Day Probationary Period Hourly Wage will increase to $22.91.

Applicants must be able to fully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice to Have Experience...

• Previous fork truck/lift experience - 5 years preferred
• Previous experience with manufacturing - 2 years
• Previous experience working in a team-based environment

Required Experience:

• 2 years: Manufacturing
• 5 years: Forklift Operator
