Salary: $22- $25/hr

This is an entrylevel role with full training provideda chance to grow personally and professionally while making a real impact every single day.

What Youll Do:

Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
Collect and document data accurately
Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
Work across home, school, and clinic settings

What Were Looking For:

A heart for helping children and families
Resilience under stress and challenges
Motivation to learn and grow
Reliability and strong followthrough
Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Schedule in Claremont, CA:

Morning shift: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 03:00 PM
Afternoon shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM
