Territory Sales Representative - Capital Equipment & Fleet Solutions

Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Field-Based

Most sales roles are built around quotas. This one is built around ownership. At WMH Solutions, you're not here to push equipment. You're here to:

This is a hunter-driven, field-based capital sales role where you: Own your territory Build your pipeline Close high-impact deals tied to fleet performance You're selling:

  • Linde material handling equipment
  • Automation / AGVs
  • Full-fleet optimization strategies

This is not transactional sales. This is operational influence.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect daily (1520 touches) across your territory
  • Walk into facilities and identify opportunities others miss
  • Analyze customer fleets and present ROI-driven upgrade strategies
  • Sell into Operations Managers, Directors, and Executives
  • Manage long-cycle capital deals through CRM (Salesforce)

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary ~$45,000
  • Uncapped commission (no ceiling Parts + Service + CSA)
  • Quarterly + performance bonus structure
  • $800/month auto + phone allowance

You're A Fit If:

  • You have 35+ years in B2B outside sales (capital/industrial preferred)
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales.
  • You're comfortable with cold outreach + walking into operations environments
  • You can turn technical conversations into business decisions
  • You have a valid driver's license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos.
  • You want control over your income and your results
  • You care more about winning than being comfortable

This role is not for you if:

  • You need structure, scripts, or daily direction
  • You avoid cold calling or prospecting
  • You prefer small, transactional sales cycles
  • You want stability without pressure
