Position Summary:

Williams Lea seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Coordinator to support the Firm’s client relationship management (CRM) platform, InterAction, and its email marketing platform, Vuture. This role plays a critical part in strengthening client development, enhancing communications, and advancing the Firm’s digital presence.

Essential Functions:

CRM (InterAction)

• Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox.

• Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders.

• Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists.

• Manage list imports and exports.

• Develop and format Business Development reports upon request.

• Extract, analyze, and report on data from CRM and email marketing systems to generate insights on events, client engagement, and business trends.

• Manage unsubscribe requests in compliance with the Firm’s privacy policy.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with global data privacy regulations, staying current on requirements and best practices.

• Ensure the integrity of critical contact lists to improve the efficiency of event and mailing communications.

• Assists the Marketing Technology Specialist with the following:

  • Maintain accurate and complete data for the Firm’s top clients and personnel by building subsidiary company trees, researching new contacts, and performing periodic data checks.

  • Develop and execute schedules for data hygiene, including duplicate cleansing, updating incomplete records, standardizing country fields, and merging address data.

  • Process employee hires and departures in the CRM system.

Email Marketing (Vuture) 

• Support the Marketing Technology Specialist with day-to-day administration of the Vuture platform, including basic user account setup and troubleshooting; escalate permissions and system-level configuration changes. 

• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Communications, and IT to ensure effective, on-brand, and data-accurate communications.

• Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and other Firm communications using Vuture templates and tools.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance through Vuture’s reporting features, tracking KPIs such as engagement rates and campaign effectiveness.

• Integrate Vuture campaigns and forms with InterAction lists, contacts, and fields to ensure accurate tracking of engagement, contact, and event data.

Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred 

• Experience with CRM and Email Marketing platforms. Three years of LexisNexis InterAction experience and one year of eMarketing experience, Vuture preferred

• Proficient with MS Office applications – advanced proficiency with Excel preferred

• Strong attention to detail & highly organized

• Ability to work independently, meet multiple tight deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work product

Additional Information

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.38 / hour to $28.85/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
