Retirement Plan Specialist – Tax Exempt Market Location: Remote (must reside in greater Los Angeles County area) Responsibilities Deliver on‑site education seminars/webinars for plan sponsors and participants. Conduct educational seminars/webinars on plan features and investments, as well as general investment‑oriented and retirement‑related topics. Meet one‑on‑one to conduct financial advisory investment counseling sessions with employees and retirees. Interface with Plan Administration, legal counsel, and Plan Sponsors to identify, resolve, and respond to participant issues. Work with Plan Sponsors to increase employee participation in retirement plans. Contribute to development and implementation of presentation material. Assist in scheduling retirement seminars and one‑on‑one appointments. Maintain compliance with firm and FINRA regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and training to junior staff, as needed. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement/financial services. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 credentials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly; gather and analyze information and develop alternative solutions. Commitment to continuous improvement and quality promotion. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and thoroughness. Ability to travel. Compensation Annual base salary range: $77,580 – $96,980 USD. Incentive opportunities may be available based on performance. Benefits Health, dental, vision and life insurance plans. 401(k) savings plan with up to 6% company match. Voya Retirement Plan – employer‑paid cash balance plan. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year. Paid time off: 20 days, nine paid holidays, and a flexible Diversity Celebration Day.
