PS is reimagining the commercial airport experience through private terminals that bring together luxury hospitality, aviation and seamless operations.

As we look ahead to 2027, we’re connecting with graduating students interested in beginning their careers with PS Los Angeles (LAX). This posting is designed for students graduating in 2027 who would like to be considered for full-time opportunities following graduation.

This is not an internship or summer program. Opportunities associated with this posting will be regular, full-time positions based at PS LAX and may begin at different points throughout 2027 based on graduation timing, business needs and position availability.

Depending on your interests, experience and opportunities available at the time of graduation, career paths at PS LAX may include:

Operations

Help orchestrate the people, processes and details behind every seamless PS journey. Opportunities include Member Associate, Operations Associate and other operational roles.

Hospitality

Create memorable experiences through thoughtful details, personalization and genuine care. Opportunities include Hospitality Associate, Concierge and other hospitality roles positions.

Food & Beverage

Bring hospitality to life through thoughtful anticipatory service, recommendations and attention to detail. Opportunities include Servers, Bartenders and other F&B positions.

Culinary

Help create exceptional culinary experiences through quality, creativity and attention to detail in a range of positions within the kitchen.

Positions associated with this posting are expected to be:

• Full-time
• On-site at PS LAX
• Non-exempt/hourly
• Intended for employment following graduation
• Specific schedules, compensation, start dates and requirements will vary based on the opportunity available at that time.

The compensation range across all available positions is $26.00-$38.00/hour. During the first 90 days of employment, employees are paid a training rate of $22.10-$32.30/hour. Overtime opportunities available. This is a full-time, non-exempt role.
