Job Summary Project Director will lead and coordinate the provision of Services to Inter‑Con’s client and act as a central point of contact for all services provided and oversee all matters relating to the daily operations of contract security services provided. Primary Responsibilities Keep Leadership apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner Support in operational decision‑making process Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being met at all times. Requirements And Qualifications Three (3)+ years of experience within the last five (5) years providing security project management services preferably in a healthcare setting Experience overseeing the management and coordination of a multi‑site operation. Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Ability to interpret laws and regulations and translate them into clear and actionable internal policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance or document management systems is a plus.
