Commercial Building HVAC Technician

About this position Description: E.V. Bishoff Co is seeking an experienced, not newly certified and not a student, reliable HVAC Technician for Commercial buildings in Cincinnati. We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who can hit the ground running on day one. If you still need training, this role is not for you. We need an HVAC pro ready to handle complex diagnostics and high-level troubleshooting. What You Will Do Diagnose faults on commercial systems. Execute flawless installs of heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits. Interact with customers to explain repairs and options clearly. What You Must Bring Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC verifiable field experience. EPA Universal Certification Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Complete tool set Strong problem-solving skills What We Offer $30-$35 per hours based directly on your experience.
