About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum one year required License: Virginia or compact state license must be in hand at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: EPIC charting experience required Description: Seeking an RN for a busy Electrophysiology Lab. Candidates must possess electrophysiology experience with implants, complex ablations, LAAO, cardioversions, tilt table, and TEE procedures. This role requires stamina and skills to meet high expectations in a fast-paced environment. The lab conducts 6-12 procedures daily with a total of 4 rooms. Anesthesia coverage is provided for 95% of procedures. Candidates will need to float within the scope if needed. A BSN is preferred. All candidates will be required to complete assigned modules during orientation and work on their units. Candidates must have previous charge experience and be accustomed to a Level I trauma center environment. The facility will review all background checks and hits. Candidates are required to submit to fingerprinting as outlined by relevant health regulations. The average turnaround time for results is 15-20 business days, and candidates cannot start with results pending.
