What You'll Do As Property Manager, you'll be the face of the community and play a vital role in creating a positive living experience for residents. Responsibilities Managing rent and home payment collections. Building strong relationships with residents and providing excellent customer service. Marketing and leasing available homes and lots. Coordinating all move-in and move-out activities. Ensuring compliance with community rules and Federal Fair Housing regulations. Issuing notices and managing delinquency and eviction processes when necessary. Partnering with Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for new residents. Conducting regular property inspections and helping maintain community appearance. Communicating regularly with your Regional Manager regarding community operations and resident needs. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with property management software; Rent Manager experience is a strong plus. Valid driver's license.
