Practice Highlights Ownership from Day One: Unlike traditional models with delayed buy-in, physicians here have the opportunity to purchase shares in the endoscopy center immediately upon joining. Current share value is favorable due to upcoming retirements, providing a strong investment opportunity with historical annual distributions of approximately $80,000–$150,000 per 1% ownership. Growing, collaborative team: The group includes ~20 physician partners, including private practitioners and academic leaders from NYU and Hofstra.
