FORKLIFT OPERATOR

About the Role:

As a Forklift Operator at Bond Distributing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to operate various types of forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport products safely and accurately. You will be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing inventory and fulfilling orders. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience operating various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a wholesale trade or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamp trucks to move products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and assist in order picking processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
