MRI Technologist

Join our healthcare team as an MRI Technologist, supporting patient care through accurate imaging and technical expertise. Responsibilities Include Performing MRI exams following protocols and reviewing image quality Verifying patient identity and preparing them for procedures Operating imaging equipment safely and effectively Ensuring safety standards, infection control, and timely exam completion Educating and supporting patients to ensure comfort Documenting procedures accurately and supporting compliance Maintaining technical and modality competency Supporting students and colleagues as needed Qualifications & Skills ARRT(MR), ARMRIT, or ARRT(R) certification, with cross-training in MRI Basic Life Support (BLS) certification IV competency within 30 days Preferred: 1-2 years MRI experience and a bachelor's degree Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging, safety protocols, and teamwork Excellent communication, independence, and organizational skills Additional Details Full-time role with three 12-hour shifts per week Starting hourly rate: $38.77+, depending on experience Benefits eligibility, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, relocation assistance available Physical ability to handle patient transfers, equipment use, and navigate busy environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
