Business Immigration Paralegal - Hybrid, Flexible PTO, Bonus

What you’ll be doing: Under direct attorney supervision, prepare and file a full range of immigrant and/or nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS applications Work directly with clients Demonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines meeting client SLAs Enter and maintain data in immigration case management system Organize and maintain immigration files Work directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions What you need: Minimum three (3) years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters. Experience in a high volume practice and Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong computer, organizational and writing skills required as well as superior attention to detail. Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook required. Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.
