The Warehouse Coordinator is a key member of the Franchise Operations Team responsible for providing efficient daily warehouse functions. Provides day to day supervision over all warehouse operational processes. Supervise, train, and assist employee-partners in accomplishing their assigned task. Implement work schedules that will facilitate all shifts work being completed timely and with a minimum of overtime. Coordinate the loading functions within the franchise. Coordinate load crews and temp help. Ensure all warehouse equipment is in proper working condition. Ensure every reasonable precaution is taken to protect all assets, equipment and inventory from damage or theft. Assist with the hiring and disciplinary processes as needed. Enforce all company policies as they relate to safety and security, making sure that all employee-partners are trained in respect to the policies. Review the time and attendance records to ensure accuracy. Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and observing safety rules. Assist in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices and grounds. Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor. Other Duties And Responsibilities Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company. Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online and/or facilitated training. Valid Driver License, for state of residence, with good driving record; Preferred Other Physical Requirements: Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth) Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Slip Resistant Shoes and any other PPE required as a result of a job hazard analysis. All tasks within the warehouse are physically demanding and labor-intensive. Employees within this role are required have the ability to: stand, walk, stoop, reach and climb up and downstairs throughout shift as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and warm environment, especially during summer months.
