This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, hands-on fabrication skills, and a patient-centered approach. *Key Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for prosthetic and orthotic patients.
* Design and fabricate devices in-house or utilize digital scanning and CAD/CAM technology.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring providers.
* Provide education to patients and caregivers on device use, maintenance, and follow-up care.
* Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
* Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including Medicare, OSHA, and state licensure requirements.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction goals. *Qualifications** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics or a related field.
* *ABC or BOC Certification* as a CPO in good standing (required).
* *Licensed or eligible for licensure* in the State of Oregon.
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
* Proficient in both traditional and digital fabrication techniques.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
