Starting Pay: $18.00/hour for 2nd shift and $19.00/hour for 3rd shift.
Hiring Bonus: $2,500 for 2nd shift ONLY
Full-Time Shifts: 2nd shift is from (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM); including rotating holidays and weekends OR 3rd shift (Overnight is 9:15pm - 7:15am). • High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Demonstrate to criteria while maintaining current in CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained during pre-service training required. What You'll Be Doing:
• Teaching skills and monitoring youth behavior
• Creating a safe and positive living environment
• Supporting youth academic success and personal development
• Transporting youth to appointments, school, and activities
• Assists with intake and departure documentation
• Observes and participates in mediation and planning conferences with youth and their families.
• Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. However, other duties may be required and assigned at times and as determined by a supervisor in order to meet the needs of the organization.
