Role: Healthcare professional responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a local setting. Key Responsibilities Work in skilled hall and Long-Term Care (LTC) units, primarily on M/W and Thursdays. Utilize knowledge of PCC, MAR, and TAR documentation systems. Communicate effectively with team members and patients, demonstrating strong Point of Care (POC) knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Credentialed and ready to work immediately. Reliable with no history of no-call/no-show (NCNS) or frequent call outs. Experienced with skilled nursing and LTC environments.
