The Industrials Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in our Chicago or Cleveland office. BGL’s growing Industrials Team focuses on several key areas: Building Products, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Technology, Metals and Mining, Packaging, etc. Responsibilities Serves as the primary processor of transactions and proposals Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management Performs financial analysis Conducts industry research and business due diligence Assists senior bankers with new business development Participates in marketing efforts Develops offering presentation materials Qualifications 6-12 months of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting) Sell side M&A experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling ... #J-18808-Ljbffr Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL)
