Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with strong knowledge of restaurant and supermarket operations. This role requires the ability to manage a sale from initial inquiry through final delivery—acting as both a sales professional and a project coordinator to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with showroom visitors, understand their equipment needs, and convert opportunities into sales
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, delivery, and installation coordination
• Work with customers assigned through the CRM system and take full ownership of driving those opportunities to close
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up consistently, and close orders in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales
• Strong understanding of restaurant or supermarket operations and workflows
• Proven ability to close sales and manage projects from start to finish
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to reliably commute to Kearny, NJ and be present on-site daily
